December 9, 2013, Tulsa, Okla. - Please join us on Thursday night, March 13, 2014, during the PHBA Convention for the celebration of the PHB Heritage Foundation’s First  Anniversary!  The night will begin with a dinner sponsored by friends of the Foundation, followed by special entertainment. Craig Clemons’ program “The Wisdom of the West: a glimpse of America’s Western Heritage” will be shared by storytelling, live music, and art images from Prix de West Invitational Artists and Cowboy Artists of America.
